Merchandiser in Ar Rumaythiyah


We are hiring a Merchandiser who will be responsible for managing product placement and inventory levels in our store located in Ar Rumaythiyah. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in merchandising and a strong understanding of consumer behavior.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage product inventory levels to ensure availability for customers
- Plan and execute product displays to attract customers and promote sales
- Conduct market research to understand customer demographics, preferences, and trends
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, promotions, and displays
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations
- Train and supervise store staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Ensure that all products are properly labeled and priced according to company standards
- Keep track of sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries related to merchandise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent understanding of retail operations, consumer behavior, and market trends
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and software
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items when necessary

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ar Rumaythiyah, Saudi Arabia
