Restaurant Manager - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the restaurant industry and a proven track record of successfully managing a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring high quality customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Create schedules for staff, monitor employee performance, and provide training as needed
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies to maintain adequate stock
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue
- Monitor financial performance of the restaurant and make adjustments as needed to meet budget goals
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required

Salary: 1300$ per month (tax-free)
