Sales Manager (Indian/Malayalee) - Ar Rumaythiyah


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing all sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and leading a team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance, training, and motivation
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance regularly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking events

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management role
- Previous experience in the same industry (e-commerce/retail) is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Malayalam would be an advantage)
- Valid work visa for Ar Rumaythiyah
