Merchandiser



We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Merchandiser to join our team in Muscat. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing visual merchandising strategies in order to increase sales and customer engagement. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that products are displayed effectively in stores and online.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays and store layouts that effectively showcase products
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the buying team to ensure product availability
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences
- Develop merchandising plans for new product launches or seasonal promotions
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional strategies and campaigns
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions about product placement and stock levels
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and brand standards
- Monitor competitor activity in terms of merchandising strategies and adjust plans accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment
- Strong knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and visual merchandising techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Creative mindset with a good eye for design
