Sales Manager
Our company in Al-Kuwait is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company objectives. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients and negotiate contracts
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights
- Train and onboard new sales team members
- Conduct performance evaluations for sales team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the industry
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
