Indian Merchandiser in Medina


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Merchandiser to join our team in Medina. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and developing product displays, analyzing sales trends, and maintaining inventory levels. You will work closely with buyers and suppliers to ensure the right products are available at the right time.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create appealing product displays to attract customers
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly
- Coordinate with buyers to ensure the availability of products
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery schedules
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotions and events
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail environment
- Strong knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and product placement techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
