Indian Chef
As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes that are visually appealing and flavorful. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of Indian cuisine, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare traditional and modern Indian dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards
- Oversee the kitchen team and ensure efficient production of food items
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Monitor food supplies and place orders as needed
- Train new kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu items
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, including spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well with a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and creativity in plating dishes
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location:
Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait (no English required)
