Merchandise Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandise Coordinator to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of products from sourcing to delivery. This includes communicating with suppliers, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of merchandise. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in merchandising or supply chain management.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
- Track inventory levels and make adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and accuracy
- Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers
- Monitor product quality and report any issues or concerns
- Create and maintain purchase orders and invoices
- Assist with product pricing and markdowns
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to create appealing product displays
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for future orders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising or supply chain management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software programs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred
