Part-Time Executive Chef
Location: Al Buraymi, Oman
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a part-time basis in Al Buraymi, Oman. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu planning, and food production for our restaurant. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative menus that meet the needs of our diverse clientele
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production and service
- Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain cost control
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Oversee kitchen maintenance and cleanliness
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work well under pressure
- Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
