Sales Representative

We are a rapidly growing company in the business of selling high-quality products to our customers. Our team is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our sales force in Bayan, Africa. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Meet or exceed sales goals set by management
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Present and promote our products to potential clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Negotiate sales contracts and handle customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective sales techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
