Office Assistant
We are currently hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and organizing
- Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for team members
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare reports for management
- Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
Location:
This job is based in Al-Kuwait. Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Al-Kuwait or have their own visa.
