Sales Manager for International Market (Indian/African Nationals)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our international market sales, specifically targeting Indian and African markets. This is an excellent opportunity for Indian or African nationals looking to advance their career in the sales industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our presence in the Indian and African markets
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the region
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Travel frequently within the region to meet with clients, attend conferences, and participate in trade shows
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in an international setting
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages such as Hindi or Swahili is a plus)
Salary:
Starting salary of 1400$ per month with potential for bonuses based on performance.
