Executive Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As an English speaking chef, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant. Your creativity, leadership skills, and passion for food will be integral in maintaining the high standards of our menu offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing innovative and delicious menu options that cater to the preferences of our diverse clientele
- Managing food inventory and ensuring proper storage, rotation, and quality control
- Recruiting, training, and supervising kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation and exceptional food quality
- Supervising food preparation processes to maintain consistency and quality
- Maintaining kitchen equipment and ensuring a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborating with management to develop cost-effective menus while maintaining high-quality ingredients
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Extensive knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and passion for developing unique menu options that cater to different dietary preferences
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month based on experience.
