Sales Manager - Muscat
We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Muscat. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
