Administration Assistant
We are hiring an Administration Assistant to join our team in Hawalli. This position is suitable for Indian men who are fluent in English and do not require accommodation. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks and be able to handle a variety of duties in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing emails
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for company employees
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Order office supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained
- Act as a liaison between different departments within the company
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: $1500 per month
