As a Merchandiser, your role will be crucial in ensuring the success of our retail operations in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays, managing inventory levels, and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching displays that attract customers and drive sales
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with store managers to plan promotions and special events
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Train new employees on merchandising techniques and company policies
- Continuously analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with an eye for visual aesthetics
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours during peak seasons

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with potential bonuses based on performance.
