Sales Manager - India (Al-Kuwait)
As a Sales Manager for our expanding Indian market in Al-Kuwait, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales representatives. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and market share by developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and meet company objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Indian market
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team and provide coaching and training as needed
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving company goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages such as Arabic is a plus)
- Strong understanding of the Indian market and culture
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
