Cashier (Malayalee) - Al-Kuwait, Kuwait



We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide prompt and courteous service
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy at all times
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash drawers
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Provide information to customers about products, promotions, and company policies
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier station at all times
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (Malayalam language skills preferred)
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent math skills with the ability to handle cash accurately
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
