Administrative Director
As an Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative activities within our company. This includes coordinating and supervising the work of office staff, creating and implementing policies and procedures, handling budgets and expenses, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Create and manage budgets for administrative functions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available
- Maintain accurate records of all administrative activities
- Handle any escalated issues or complaints from clients or employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with budgeting and financial management is preferred
Salary: $1300/month
Location: Medina
Preference for Indian nationals with visa sponsorship available. Part-time options may be considered for exceptional candidates.
