Job Title: Cashier
As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring accurate and efficient transactions at the cash register. Your main duties will include processing payments, handling cash and credit card transactions, and maintaining a tidy checkout area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Scan items, enter prices, and process payments accurately
- Handle cash transactions and provide correct change to customers
- Process credit card payments and issue receipts
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Keep track of inventory levels and inform management when items need to be restocked
- Follow all company policies regarding cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations at the checkout area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

This position is located in Manama, Bahrain.
Contract Type:
