Call Center Representative - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will handle incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ and accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and timely manner
- Listen to customer's concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Provide accurate information about products or services to customers
- Update customer records with relevant information
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Meet or exceed performance goals for call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work on flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage
- Proficiency in English is a plus
