Call center representative
Call Center Representative (English Speaking) - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are searching for a highly skilled and motivated Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls from English-speaking customers and providing them with exceptional customer service. This position is open to Pakistani and Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries or concerns
- Provide accurate and timely information about our products or services
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a call center representative or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
Salary: 1600$ per month (tax-free)
Working Conditions:
This is a contract job without accommodation provided. Working hours are from Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM - 6 PM. Fridays and Saturdays are off.
