Administrative Assistant for Indian Firm in Medina
An Indian firm in Medina is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and be able to handle a variety of tasks with efficiency and attention to detail. This is a fast-paced environment, so the ability to prioritize and multitask is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as requested
- Process expense reports and track budgets
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital files
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.
Location:
This position is located in Medina. The preference is for Indian candidates but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
