Position: Office Assistant
Location: Hawalli, Kuwait
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities, however, proficiency in English is preferred. No prior experience is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with data entry and filing
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
Salary:
1600$ per month
