Office Assistant - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office. This is a part-time position, perfect for someone looking for flexible working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and redirect them as necessary
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain filing system and retrieve documents when needed
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Keep the office clean and organized
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No English language skills required for this position
- Ability to work part-time with flexible hours (20 hours per week)
- Must have a biometric passport for travel purposes
- Without any prior experience in a similar role is acceptable
- Must be willing to live in provided accommodation if necessary
Salary:
$900 per month (prorated based on 20 hours per week)
