Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them reach their targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in English is preferred

Salary: 1100$ per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. A valid biometric passport is required for employment.
