Bank Teller (Malayalee Preferred)
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bank Teller to join our team at our branch in Jeddah. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with various financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as be fluent in English and Malayalam.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their financial needs and inquiries
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately
- Verify customer information and check for any fraudulent activity
- Promote bank products and services to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in finance or related field preferred)
- Fluent in English and Malayalam (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong math skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
