Office Assistant - Mecca
As an Office Assistant in Mecca, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office. Your main responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing office supplies, and assisting with day-to-day tasks. This is a contract position suitable for men with experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with the preparation of documents and reports
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle petty cash transactions
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
Salary: 1300$ per month.
Location: Mecca.
