Seasonal Executive Chef
We are hiring a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team for a seasonal position in Jizan. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled chef looking to showcase their culinary expertise in a beautiful location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients and flavors
- Ensure high quality and consistent presentation of all dishes
- Manage food inventory and control costs
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or themed dinners
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume establishment
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine, particularly Pakistani or Malayalee dishes preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary:
Compensation for this seasonal position is $1100 per month. Accommodation may be provided if needed.
