Administrator - Jeddah
We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to the team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and has the ability to work independently. This is a part-time position with no accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing schedules
- Maintain accurate records, including financial documents and employee information
- Provide administrative support to various departments, such as HR, finance, and sales
- Coordinate meetings and events as needed
- Prepare reports and presentations as required
- Assist with any other tasks or projects as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this part-time position.
