Office Assistant (Malayalee)
We are a reputable company in Al Ahmadi looking for an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have previous experience in an administrative role. As a Malayalee, you will have an advantage as we are specifically looking for someone who is familiar with the culture and language.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain office supplies and order replacements when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments for staff members
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Keep track of office expenses and reconcile with budget
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and filing receipts
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Malayalam is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or administrative assistant preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.
Location:
This job is located in Al Ahmadi but is open to all Malayalees who are legally allowed to work in Kuwait.
