Merchandiser

We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Muscat! As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience. This is a full-time position that does not require previous experience, making it suitable for both men and women. Additionally, candidates with their own visa will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans according to market trends and company objectives
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective product placement and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure displays are visually appealing and products are properly stocked
- Train store staff on proper product handling and placement techniques
- Participate in product development meetings to provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform merchandising strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in merchandising or retail sales (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with visual merchandising techniques is a plus
- Must be eligible to work in Muscat without sponsorship

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
