Administrative Manager
We are hiring an Administrative Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company in Medina. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth workflow. This is a part-time position, suitable for men without prior experience in an administrative role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all administrative activities, including office management, budgeting and bookkeeping, and human resources tasks
- Develop and implement effective administrative policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to business operations
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, and coordinate maintenance or repairs when needed
- Support in recruitment and training of new employees
- Handle employee relations issues and ensure a positive work environment
- Prepare reports on company performance and present to senior management
Requirements:
- Indian national with excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
- Familiarity with accounting principles and office management software (e.g. MS Office)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this part-time position.
