Merchandiser Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser Specialist to join our team in Salalah. As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing merchandising strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the product development team to ensure that products are visually appealing and meet customer demands. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in merchandising.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with product development team to create visually appealing product displays
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or clearance of products
- Analyze sales data to measure the success of merchandising efforts
- Ensure that all product displays adhere to company standards and guidelines
- Train store staff on effective product placement techniques
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in merchandising or retail marketing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Biometric passport (preferred)
