Merchandiser (Isa Town, Bahrain)


The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of product merchandising for our company in Isa Town, Bahrain. This position offers a competitive salary of 1800$, contract employment, and includes free visa and ticket.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and drive business growth
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with purchasing team to ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to management
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase products in an attractive manner
- Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute promotions, sales events, and product launches
- Train store staff on product knowledge, merchandising standards, and customer service techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual merchandising
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred:
- Experience working in the Bahraini market
- Knowledge of local consumer preferences
- Fluency in Arabic
