Executive Pastry Chef
As an Executive Pastry Chef at our luxury hotel in Al Buraymi, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the production of high-quality pastries and desserts for our guests. We are seeking a talented and experienced professional who is passionate about pastry-making and can lead a team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative pastry menus that reflect the latest trends in the industry.
- Oversee the production and presentation of all pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of pastry cooks, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to maintain cost efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated on new techniques, ingredients, and equipment in the pastry field.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
- Proven track record of creating unique and visually appealing pastries that meet guest expectations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Good knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new flavors and techniques.
Salary:
