Staff Assistant - Administrative Support
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staff Assistant to provide administrative support to our team in Medina. This position is open to Egyptian nationals who are willing to relocate and have a valid biometric passport. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have prior experience in an administrative role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Must be an Egyptian national with a valid biometric passport.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary: $1200 per month
Location: Medina (accommodation provided)
