Administrative Assistant - Al-Kuwait
As an Administrative Assistant, you will support our company's operations in Al-Kuwait and work closely with our team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual looking to gain experience in the administrative field.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
- Assist with event planning and coordination
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Egyptian national preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Hours:
Part-time (flexible schedule)
Experience:
No prior experience required. Training will be provided.
Visa Requirements:
Must have own visa or be eligible for a visa sponsorship.
