Job Title: Contract Administrator
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing and overseeing all contracts for our company in Salalah. This includes reviewing and negotiating contract terms, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and maintaining accurate records of all contracts. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in contract management, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month, along with free visa and ticket provided. All nationalities are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate contract terms with clients, vendors, and other parties
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements for all contracts
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure understanding of contract terms and obligations
- Monitor contract performance and make adjustments as needed
- Identify potential risks or issues related to contracts and take appropriate action to mitigate them
- Provide support to other departments as needed in relation to contracts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Proven experience in contract management or administration
- Strong understanding of legal requirements related to contracts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to spot errors or discrepancies in contracts
