Head Pastry Chef

As a Head Pastry Chef at our 5-star hotel in Nizwa, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our pastry department. Your role will involve managing inventory, ordering supplies, training and supervising pastry staff, and ensuring food safety standards are met. You must have a strong understanding of different baking techniques, flavor combinations, and presentation styles. Additionally, you should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. A minimum of 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end establishment is required for this position. The salary for this role is $1800 per month.
