Entry Level Construction Manager



We are currently seeking an Entry Level Construction Manager to join our team in Nizwa. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in construction management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and budgeting of construction projects
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct site visits to inspect work quality, address issues, and maintain project timelines
- Communicate updates and progress reports to clients and project managers
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Biometric passport for travel purposes (preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
