Merchandiser Supervisor

As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our merchandising team in Khasab. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all merchandisers are effectively and efficiently promoting and displaying our products in retail stores. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of merchandisers
- Plan and coordinate the placement and display of products in retail stores
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with sales team to replenish inventory as needed
- Develop strategies to increase product visibility and sales
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Maintain relationships with store managers and negotiate optimal placement for our products
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing team to create attractive displays and promotions

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a merchandiser or in a supervisory role in a retail environment
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of retail operations
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
- Must have a biometric passport
- Experience working with consumer goods is preferred
