Office Assistant - Al-Kuwait
As an Office Assistant in Al-Kuwait, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the office team. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, order supplies as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing to the appropriate recipients
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for office staff
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as requested by management
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other general clerical tasks as needed
- Support office staff in various administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to legally work in Al-Kuwait
