Our client in Saudi Arabia is seeking a knowledgeable, professional Personal Assistant/Secretary to provide routine clerical as well as clerical support to a Department Head. Single status placement so family members can not join incumbent.
Secret Obligations
Tasks may consist of, however are not limited to, the following:
  • Facility diary/calendar management
  • Organizing traveling plans, visa applications and handling expenses
  • Satisfying facilitation including minute taking and making up agendas
  • Doing highly personal management duties
  • Structure, editing and enhancing and evaluation of private correspondence
  • Collection of analytical info, records and discussions
  • Office supervisor and also various other secretarial responsibilities as required

Minimum Demands
  • You will certainly require a minimum of five (5) years strong as well as constant experience as a specialist assistant or personal assistant, supplying exceptional high level support.
  • You will be extremely adaptable and also possess outstanding typing skills (at a minimum of 55 wpm).
