● Proven industry experience (minimum 5 years) in merchandising or retail, with a history of successful customer interactions
● Professional-level knowledge of local retail laws and regulations
● Ability to work independently or as part of a team
● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Proficiency in MS Office Suite and retail store software
● The applicant must have permission to work in Saudi Arabia
