Position: Land Surveyor – Riyadh

Needs for the Candidate:
We are currently seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to assess the data gathered of land and calculate the elevations, angles, and distances to utilize for multiple purposes in Riyadh.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 5+ years of related land surveying experience
• Knowledge of related software, applications, and instruments
• Degree in Surveying, Land Surveying, or related
• Excellent computer, planning and communication skills
• A valid driver’s license is essential

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize a combination of instruments and GIS software to create land surveys
• Utilize topographic surveys, maps and drawings to conduct geodesic calculations
• Gather and collect information and assess mileage, elevation and contour of land
• Establish and set ground control points, boundaries and monuments
• Direct and provide support
