• Expert knowledge of all major cuisines
• Demonstrable knowledge of kitchen safety standards
• Superior leadership qualities, with a drive to motivate teams
• Ability to work long hours and under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Degree/Certificate in any Culinary related field
