Job Description:

We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh! In this position, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and managing product inventory. You will be responsible for the implementation of customer needs, developing customer loyalty and maintaining customer satisfaction. You should also have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Requirements for the Candidate:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• Interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to understand customer needs
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Arabic
• Negotiations, networking and customer service skills
• Excellent numerical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to work irregular hours when required
