Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Salesman for our Jeddah office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing and potential customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the sales process and be able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
Demands for the Candidate
The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organized and motivated. Ability to work on own initiative is essential as well as having good problem-solving skills. The ability to multitask, think outside the box and remain calm under pressure is also essential. A minimum of one year's experience in sales is highly desirable but not essential for the role.
Job Responsibilities
The Salesman's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Developing customer relationships by responding to enquiries in a timely manner
• Presenting products/services to customers in a professional manner
• Analyzing customer needs & suggesting appropriate products/services
• Generating leads & following up on leads
• Negotiating contracts with customers
• Conducting research & gathering data on competitors & market trends
• Using CRM software to track customer interactions & generate reports
• Attending industry conferences & networking events to build professional relationships
Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 1700 SAR per month, along with additional benefits such as health insurance and vacation pay. They will also receive performance bonuses based on their success in meeting sales targets each month.
