Merchandiser in Riyadh
Our prestigious and fast-growing retail company is looking for a Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality customer service and merchandising of products in our store.
Main Responsibilities:
• Maintaining product displays to ensure that they are attractive and well stocked.
• Providing customers with information on all available products.
• Updating customers on sales and promotions.
• Providing helpful advice to customers, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Ensuring that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Keeping accurate records of stock levels, ordering processes, and transactions.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene within the store environment.
• Working closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth functioning of the store.
• Complying with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years’ experience working as a Merchandiser or equivalent role ideally within the retail sector.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English, Arabic is an advantage but not essential for this role.
• Sound knowledge of stock management principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
• A strong sense of customer service excellence and an eye for detail when it comes to product placement/displaying within the store environment.
The salary package we offer is 1000 SAR per month plus benefits commensurate with the position offered, including health insurance coverage for immigrants where applicable according to Saudi Arabian law.. We look forward to hearing from you!
